1. Copyright Notice
All original content published on WheelXpress (https://wheelxpress.com) — including articles, reviews, images, graphics, and other creative works — is protected under United States and international copyright law.

3. Required Information for a DMCA Takedown Notice

4. Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed from WheelXpress as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice.
Your counter-notice must include:
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your jurisdiction (or the district court of the federal district where you reside if outside the United States).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
WheelXpress maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat copyright infringers. We will disable access for users who repeatedly infringe upon the copyright rights of others.
